Round 1

Talked myself into it.  I am doing this challenge.  Have the stopwatch, dumbbells for bent over DB row substituted for inverted rows, water, I am ready.
Here's what Craig is challenging:
31 BW squats
13 Elevated Push ups
31 lunges
13 inverted rows
31 hops
13 inverted rows
31 close grip push ups
13 inverted rows, 31 jumping jax, 13 burpees, 31 diagonal lunges....
