Round 3


This is killing me!  Are you serious?  

By now, these bent-over DB rows are feeling like my entire body.  Substituting DB rows for inverted BW row.
Burpees what?  
This is awesome!   
Love a challenge. 
Round 2 time: 10 minutes.  
Rested 2 minutes then did this third and final round.  
Round 3:  9:45 minutes.

I love Turbulence Training so this was what I needed.
