Have to run off and do some Turbulence Training and some high intensity intervals on the treadmill.

Here's the deal... it's usually not as bad as you think it is.
When holidays are upon you, stick to your workout program always.
Although you can't work off a bad diet, I have found that it's easier to pick up the pieces if you've remained faithful to nothing else but your workouts.
See the swell above the hip? That's my area of concern.
A word of wisdom? Love the area that bothers you the most now because in 10 years, you'll look back at the "now" pictures and love your body....
